Responsibilities
- Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance metrics during the night shift.
- Triagge and resolve technical tickets and user issues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software updates and patches.
- Conduct routine security checks and data backups to ensure data integrity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for internal processes.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over critical issues and status updates.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong interest in IT operations, networking, or software support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, or cloud-based systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
