You will work closely with our operations managers to streamline processes and enhance the customer shopping experience.</p>
Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Assist in stock counting, receiving shipments, and organizing inventory displays to maintain optimal stock levels.</li><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Provide exceptional support to weekend shoppers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.</li><li><strong>Operational Support:</strong> Support the weekend operations team with data entry, reporting, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in compliance with safety protocols.</li><li><strong>Merchandising:</strong> Ensure product presentation meets high standards and execute visual merchandising directives to drive sales.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and task completion.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Current Enrollment:</strong> Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Availability:</strong> Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Ability to accurately handle inventory and administrative tasks.</li><li><strong>Physical Stamina:</strong> Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.</li><li><strong>Computer Skills:</strong> Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.</li></ul>
