Responsibilities
- Assist in managing weekend logistics operations and supply chain workflows to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate digital records for inventory, shipments, and client databases.
- Support the customer success team with weekend inquiries, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
- Analyze operational reports and performance metrics to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend coverage and operational efficiency.
- Organize physical and digital filing systems to improve information retrieval speed.
- Shadow senior managers to understand supply chain strategies and project management best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās degree program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship (June - August).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid driverās license is a plus.
