Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, and social media channels.
- Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and user behavior.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all digital assets align with brand guidelines.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute ideas for new projects.
- Perform basic technical audits to ensure website health and speed optimization.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles, keywords, and search engine algorithms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Must be available to work during the summer months (June – August).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
