Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium level of service and professionalism.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store organization.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and performance goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
- Monitor store appearance and ensure adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or recently graduated.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
