Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and project management.
- Conduct market research and data entry to support ongoing business initiatives.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat platforms with a professional tone.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for weekly team meetings.
- Support the coordination of summer promotional events in San Antonio and California.
- Maintain accurate digital records and databases using internal software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from High School or College (undergraduate).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote/hybrid roles).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms is a plus.
- Must be available for the summer internship duration.
