Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and sales teams with data entry and research projects.
- Support the coordination of daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Monitor social media channels and assist in content scheduling.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
- Learn and utilize company software and tools under supervision.
- Perform general office duties, including filing and answering phones.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, College, or University program.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong desire to learn and willingness to ask questions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is a plus.
