Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
- Conduct market research and compile data into organized reports for the sales team.
- Update and maintain the company website and internal knowledge bases.
- Participate in daily team meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Organize digital files, databases, and project documentation.
- Shadow senior employees to understand workflow processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School Diploma program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
