Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, and email newsletters.
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks and data management.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor website analytics to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media tools is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia office.
