Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues under the guidance of senior developers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Attend internal training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the summer (May through August).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) or digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
