Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent in the Florida and Texas tech markets.
- Support the recruitment team with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website content and improve SEO rankings.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment and/or Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
