Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software solutions and web applications.
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing codebases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Document technical processes, code changes, and technical specifications for internal knowledge sharing.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for product improvement.
- Support the deployment of updates and maintenance of production systems.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management principles is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable transportation to the Tucson office.
