Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with daily technical support, ticket resolution, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support weekly project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new software solutions.
- Maintain and organize digital project files and company databases.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports to management.
- Support the recruiting and onboarding process for new team members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, associate, or bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software concepts.
