Responsibilities
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist the marketing team with data analysis, social media content creation, and campaign coordination.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze industry trends and competitor data to provide actionable insights.
- Project Management: Help organize and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Client Communication: Draft correspondence and facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing local networking events and company summer gatherings.
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and maintain digital filing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the summer months.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Atlanta, GA.
