Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Conduct market research and compile data into comprehensive reports.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and meeting preparation.
- Attend weekly team meetings and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor industry trends and provide weekly summaries to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available for part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) during summer break.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
