Responsibilities
- Conduct legislative research and issue briefings for congressional committees
- Assist in drafting constituent correspondence and policy memosSupport event coordination for policy forums and hearings
- Analyze legislative trends and track congressional voting recordsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on advocacy campaignsPrepare weekly progress reports for senior advisors
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student (all majors welcome)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in government, public policy, or political science
- Ability to commit to 30 hours/week for 10 weeks
