Responsibilities
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify high-value keywords and search trends relevant to our clients’ industries.
- On-Page Optimization: Assist in optimizing web content, meta tags, and headings to improve search engine rankings.
- Content Support: Collaborate with the content team to draft blog posts and articles that align with SEO best practices.
- Analytics Monitoring: Track website performance using Google Analytics and provide weekly reports on traffic and engagement metrics.
- Link Building: Identify and reach out to potential partners for backlink opportunities to boost domain authority.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for our clients.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for this internship.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, or CMS platforms (WordPress) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week during the summer.
