The Role: As a Summer Intern at Charlotte Digital Solutions, you will work directly with our marketing team to execute SEO strategies, optimize content, and analyze web performance. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a college student looking to jumpstart their career in digital marketing.

Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities for local Charlotte businesses.
- Assist in on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headings, and content structure.
- Write and edit engaging blog posts, social media copy, and website content.
- Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics and provide weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual assets align with SEO best practices.
- Support link-building campaigns and directory submissions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Must be able to receive college credit for this internship.
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts and tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including some weekends or evenings if necessary.
