Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
- Manage social media channels to engage with candidates and promote company culture.
- Optimize website content for both users and search engines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts and social media platforms.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (May – August).
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
