Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy microservices using Python/Node.js on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Implement machine learning models for predictive analytics using TensorFlow
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation using Docker and Jenkins
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Create technical documentation and API specifications
- Present project outcomes to engineering leadership team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript through coursework or personal projects
- Familiarity with Git version control and agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available 20-40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks (June-August)
