Responsibilities
- Develop and test software components using Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Agile methodologies
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Present project progress and solutions to technical stakeholders
- Research emerging technologies and implement proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program (Sophomore/Junior/Senior preferred)
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Java/Python/JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-40 hours/week during May-August
- Portfolio or academic projects demonstrating technical aptitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
