Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy microservices using Python/Java on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps best practices
- Debug and optimize application performance using profiling tools
- Collaborate in Agile sprints to deliver feature releases
- Create technical documentation and API specifications
- Participate in peer code reviews and architectural discussions
- Build test-driven solutions using JUnit/Selenium frameworks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
- Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL concepts
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Available for 12-20 hours/week through Summer/Fall 2024
