Responsibilities
- Develop and test software components using Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Scrum methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features for our flagship SaaS product
- Document code, technical specifications, and API documentation using industry standards
- Debug and optimize existing codebase while implementing new features
- Present project updates to stakeholders and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours/week for 12 consecutive weeks (May-August)
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit through your institution
- Portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating personal projects
