Responsibilities
- Develop and test software modules using Java, Python, and React
- Collaborate in agile teams on real-world projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews
- Document technical specifications and create user documentation
- Present project milestones to stakeholders and senior engineers
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and hackathons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Java/Python preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative tools (Jira, Slack)
- Available for 12-20 hours/week during summer term (May-August)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating personal projects
