Responsibilities
- Develop and test microservices using Python, Java, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Jenkins and Docker
- Participate in agile sprint cycles and code reviews with senior engineers
- Optimize database performance through SQL query tuning and NoSQL implementations
- Create technical documentation and API specifications for internal tools
- Present project outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders bi-weekly
- Complete 1-week innovation hackathon with internship cohort
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (graduating 2024-2025)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript preferred)
- Familiarity with Git version control and agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and database fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through academic projects
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available for full-time commitment (40 hrs/week) from June-August
