Responsibilities
- Develop and test microservices using Python/Go in AWS cloud environment
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Optimize database queries and implement RESTful API endpoints
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate on cross-functional agile teams to deliver features
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
- Present project milestones to engineering leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related technical degree
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with SQL databases and version control (Git)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in collaborative team environments
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall term
- Portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects preferred
