Responsibilities
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, Java, or JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Testing: Assist in writing unit tests and integration tests to ensure software reliability and robustness.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, API specs, and user guides to facilitate team communication.
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (graduating between Spring 2025 and Fall 2025).
- Programming: Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Database Skills: Basic understanding of SQL and database management concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time during the summer and fall semesters.
