Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using Java, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in daily agile stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Document code and technical specifications using industry best practices
- Debug and optimize existing systems to improve performance
- Present project progress and deliverables to stakeholders
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 (transcript required)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or C++)
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Eligible for academic credit through your university's internship program
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 40 hours/week in-person at Louisville headquarters
