Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work alongside senior developers and engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to design, develop, and test software solutions.
- Development: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript under mentorship.
- Debugging: Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues across various platforms and applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, architecture diagrams, and API documentation.
- Innovation: Participate in code reviews and brainstorming sessions to propose creative solutions to complex problems.
- Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices through training and team workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience: Familiarity with at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, or C#) and experience with version control systems like Git.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of SQL and web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available for a full-time summer schedule (approx. 40 hours/week) starting immediately.
