Responsibilities
- Develop and test software components using Java/Python in an Agile environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-facing features
- Debug and optimize existing codebase for performance improvements
- Create technical documentation and participate in code reviews
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation
- Present project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
- Research emerging technologies and implement proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (React/Node.js a plus)
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and testing frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
- Previous internship or academic project experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available for 10-12 weeks during Summer/Fall 2023
