Responsibilities
- Code & Develop: Assist the engineering team in designing, coding, and testing software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debug & Test: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects using various debugging tools and testing methodologies.
- Documentation: Write clear and concise technical documentation, including API specs, code comments, and user manuals.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Able to commit to a full-time 12-week summer schedule.
