Responsibilities
- Develop and test software solutions using Python, Java, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and visualization tools to drive product decisions
- Participate in agile sprints, contributing to daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Create technical documentation and user guides for internal and external stakeholders
- Present project findings to cross-functional teams through data-driven storytelling
- Mentor junior interns on development best practices and version control (Git)
- Shadow senior engineers to understand full software lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++ preferred)
- Experience with databases (SQL) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through academic projects or competitions
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week during summer or fall semester
- Portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing relevant projects
- Authorization to work in the United States
