Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software solutions for local business clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development cycles
- Research and implement emerging technologies for city-wide digital initiatives
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Support data analysis for Philadelphia-based smart city projects
- Shadow senior engineers on client site visits
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Interest in Philadelphia's tech ecosystem and local innovation
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
