Responsibilities
- Assist in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor security operations center (SOC) alerts and logs
- Develop security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Document findings in compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO)
- Collaborate with cross-functional DevSecOps teams
- Participate in incident response simulations
- Research emerging threat vectors
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command lines
- Experience with security tools (Wireshark, Metasploit preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in hybrid environment
- Must be authorized to work in the US
