Responsibilities
- Develop and test web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Collaborate on agile sprints using Jira and Confluence
- Debug and optimize existing codebase with senior guidance
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Document technical specifications and API integrations
- Contribute to open-source projects with mentor oversight
- Present project progress to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in JavaScript/HTML/CSS fundamentals
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Experience with version control (Git/GitHub)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Available for 12-16 weeks between May-September 2023
- Portfolio demonstrating personal or academic projects preferred
