Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications using Python/Java
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights for business teams
- Collaborate on UX research initiatives and prototype testing
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge bases
- Participate in agile development sprints and daily stand-ups
- Present project findings to cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with SQL or database fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- Ability to work in-person at our Raleigh headquarters
