Responsibilities
- Develop and test software features under senior developer guidance
- Contribute to agile sprint cycles and code reviews
- Research and implement emerging technologies in pilot projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmaps
- Document technical processes and create project wikis
- Participate in innovation challenges and hackathons
- Present project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 20-40 hours/week during summer term
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with collaborative tools (Jira, GitHub, Slack)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new frameworks
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
