Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications under senior developer guidance
- Participate in agile sprint planning and daily standup meetings
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge base creation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product enhancements
- Complete training modules and skill development workshops
- Present project outcomes to technical stakeholders
- Shadow department rotations across engineering, QA, and product teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (self-taught or coursework)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer months
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
