Responsibilities
- Support software development lifecycle through weekend coding sessions and sprint reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile projects using Scrum methodology
- Conduct weekend system testing and documentation updates for production environments
- Participate in hackathons and innovation workshops held bi-weekly
- Assist with weekend deployment cycles and production issue resolution
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers during weekend on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or related program
- Basic proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java (coursework acceptable)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10am-6pm) during summer/fall term
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through academic projects
- Experience with Git version control and collaborative platforms
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Portfolio with 2+ coding projects or GitHub repository
