Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing mobile applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Support social media campaigns and digital content creation
- Participate in UX research sessions and user testing initiatives
- Document technical processes and create project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint planning
- Attend weekly tech workshops and professional development sessions
- Present final projects to company leadership and mentors
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school with interest in technology or design
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts (Scratch, Python, or web languages)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during June-August
