This 12-week program runs June 1st to August 15th with flexible start/end dates to accommodate academic calendars.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using modern frameworks (React, Python, Java)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Create technical documentation and contribute to code reviews
- Present project findings to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Shadow engineers across different tech stacks (cloud, mobile, AI)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college/university pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong academic standing (3.0+ GPA preferred)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++)
- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 40 hours/week for the full 12-week duration
