Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications under mentor guidance
- Analyze data sets to identify trends and create actionable insights
- Support project documentation and knowledge base creation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborative coding sessions
- Learn and implement industry-standard development tools (Git, Jira, etc.)
- Shadow senior engineers to understand full development lifecycle
- Contribute to team innovation sessions and hackathons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- No prior work experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week during summer months
