Responsibilities
- Provide weekend technical support to clients via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Document support tickets using our CRM system with detailed resolution notes
- Assist with network monitoring and basic cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on special weekend infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training sessions for new software deployments
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
