Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to 200+ employees
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in weekly tech workshops and training sessions
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing IT/Computer Science degree (Sophomore-Junior level)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available 20-25 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
