Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-in/out procedures and concierge services
- Support event setup and execution for weekend weddings and conferences
- Monitor and maintain resort amenities (pool, beach access, fitness center)
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for property upkeep
- Process guest requests and resolve service inquiries
- Document operational insights and contribute to improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (students welcome)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with flexible weekday hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
