Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift tasks in software development, QA testing, or data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile projects and sprint deliverables
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate project documentation
- Participate in weekend hackathons and innovation workshops
- Support deployment activities and weekend system maintenance
- Conduct user testing and provide actionable feedback for product improvements
- Complete assigned training modules and skill development exercises
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (STEM majors preferred)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or relevant technical tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Must have reliable transportation to our Albuquerque campus
- Eligible to work in the United States
