Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekend workshops for local youth aged 12-18
- Develop and implement educational activities focused on STEM and arts
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives in Philadelphia neighborhoods
- Maintain participant records and program documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend event planning
- Support data collection for impact assessment projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 9AM-5PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diverse youth populations preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for occasional field trips)
- Ability to commit to 12-week summer program
