Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend community outreach events and volunteer activities
- Support local program implementation under mentor supervision
- Document project outcomes and maintain community relationship logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend initiatives
- Assist with social media content for weekend events
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with program managers
- Track community feedback and compile impact reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays, 8am-5pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in community development or nonprofit work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license preferred for local travel
- Previous volunteer/internship experience a plus
