Responsibilities
- Support community outreach programs on weekends, engaging with local families and educators
- Assist in developing educational materials and curriculum resources for underserved communities
- Document program outcomes and compile impact reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan weekend workshops and events
- Conduct research on educational equity initiatives and best practices
- Maintain accurate participant data and program documentation
- Participate in weekly reflection sessions to connect theory with practice
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (Sophomore year or higher)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in education, social work, community development, or related fields
- Ability to work independently and in diverse team settings
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (some field work required)
- Must arrange for college credit through your institution
