Responsibilities
- Support weekend development cycles for Georgia-based client projects
- Assist in testing and debugging software applications
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Participate in virtual sprint planning with Georgia-based teams
- Analyze data trends and generate performance reports
- Shadow senior engineers during weekend deployments
- Contribute to innovation workshops with cross-state collaboration
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in computer science, IT, or related program
- Available for full weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
